Michael Balderamos, MD
Business Director, Board Certified in Anesthesiology and Pain Management, ABA
Dr. Balderamos is a double board-certified Anesthesiologist and fellowship-trained Pain Management Physician who is a proud native Texan. Originally from Fort Worth, he earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Dallas before attending the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School.
He went on to complete his residency in Anesthesiology at the University of Nebraska, followed by a fellowship in Pain Management at the University of Washington—home to the world’s first multidisciplinary pain clinic and the birthplace of modern pain medicine.
Dr. Balderamos has been in practice for over a decade and has been recognized by Fort Worth Magazine as a Top Doctor in 2024 and 2025. He is also an active member of the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians, the American Society of Anesthesiologists, and the American Medical Association.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Balderamos is an avid DFW sports fan who loves attending Texas Rangers games and enjoys spending time with his wife and their two young daughters. He also enjoys going for long distance runs, reading daily, and traveling.
He prides himself on providing high-quality care to each of his patients so that they can achieve improvement in their day-to-day function and enjoyment of life.
